THE HAUM APPROACH

Yoga is the unity and integration of all the parts into the whole. Nothing in yoga – or life – exists in a silo. We believe in an integrated, immersive experience of learning and self-inquiry. Whether it’s exploring the biomechanics of asana or discussing a philosophical concept, we present the curriculum in a way that is approachable, digestible and relevant to real-life. Our hope is that you find what resonates and share it with others in a way that is authentic for you.

FIVE MODULES

Our advanced 300-hour training is offered as five 60-hour modules, which you can take at your own pace. Each module is a week long and will be held in-person in San Francisco.
