ROCKY
HERON

He/Him
Anatomy + Physiology

What is something that would surprise me about you?
I took magic lessons from age 8-13, and would perform magic ticks at friends parties growing up. My first paid gig was as a magician’s assistant in a computer program to teach magic tricks to kids. I didn’t pursue it after high school but I still have some tricks up my sleeve 😉 Just a few years ago I was hired to do card magic at a halloween party. Are you surprised?

What can I expect from your class?
Clear instruction, intelligent sequencing, a safe place to explore new movement possibilities in your body, ask questions, and make mistakes. I am interested in tapping our potential to inhabit our bodies more skillfully and I orient my teaching pedagogy around this goal.

What is the most essential part of practice for you?
Self-Reflection
