Attendance Guidelines
The MEMBERSHIP Fine Print
Memberships automatically renew based on the terms outlined below and will remain active until a cancellation request is submitted. Please refer to our Cancellation Policies for details on how to cancel your membership.
Mini Memberships: Requires a minimum of three months before cancellation can be requested without a fee. After the initial three months, the membership will continue to be renewed at the monthly rate.
3 and 6-Month Commitments: Following the initial 3 or 6-month commitment, memberships will automatically transition to monthly renewals at the selected rate.
Monthly Memberships: Automatically renew at $199 per month and will continue monthly.
Year-Long Memberships: Automatically renew annually at the selected rate.
Membership cANCELLATION POLICIES
To cancel any membership, a written notice is required at least two weeks before your next billing date. This ensures we have enough time to process your request and update your account. Please email your cancellation request to hello@haumsf.com. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions or support you may need during the process.
3/6-Month Commitment Memberships: If you wish to cancel before completing the initial 3- or 6-month commitment period, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee is calculated as the difference between the discounted rate and the $199 month-to-month membership rate for each month the membership was active. Once the commitment period is fulfilled, cancellations can be made without additional charges.
Mini Memberships: Requires a minimum of three months before cancellation can be requested without a fee. If you choose to cancel before completing the initial three months, a cancellation fee of $27 per month will apply for each month the membership was active. After three months, cancellations can be made without additional charges.
Monthly and Yearlong Memberships: Automatically renew at their respective rates. Cancellations follow the blanket notice policy above and must be submitted at least two weeks before the next billing date to avoid an additional billing cycle.
Membership freeze
Members are eligible to freeze their membership for up to one month, once per calendar year. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks before the next billing cycle to allow for processing.
A $10 administrative fee will be charged for the freeze period. During the freeze, your membership remains on hold, ensuring you can seamlessly return to your practice without needing to re-enroll.

late class cancellation / no show policy
Late Cancellation: Canceling within 2 hours of class will result in a $10 fee.
No-Show: Missing a reserved class without canceling incurs a $25 fee.
These fees ensure fair access and respect for our community.
