The practices of yoga are designed to help you study yourself and understand what component pieces make you experience life as a whole human. If you are brand new to yoga or your current practice routine isn’t serving up optimal health, let a resident HAUM Team teacher help you along the path!

THE NEW YOGI

I have never done yoga before, and I certainly don’t want to make a fool of myself in front of a group of others.” Private yoga lessons can be the perfect way to learn the poses and build confidence early on. Privates also make the perfect gift for the beginner friend of family member that you want to introduce to yoga!

THE INJURED YOGI

I just can’t move at the same pace as everyone else at this time, especially since my body requires special attention.” We all get a little bruised up sometimes. It’s part of being human. Private yoga lessons are a great way to stay on the path when group classes are too vigorous. Even if you can’t move much, our teachers can ensure you move safely.

THE PRIVATE YOGI

My practice is as unique as I am, and I drop in differently when I move and breathe on my own with a qualified guide.” For some of us, we just soak up the lessons of yoga more fully when we are in a cocoon of our own. Private yoga sessions at HAUM are just that – completely private.

THE BUSY YOGI

I am in dire need of yoga in my life, but my schedule is so hectic that I can’t ever make it to class at the right times.” When life gets crazy, usually the first things to drop are our healthy habits – including yoga practice. Don’t be that yogi! We can make sure yoga comes to you even if it’s during off-hours. Keep makin’ moves but don’t forget Down Dog!

I can sense my practice isn’t what it used to be, and I acknowledge it’s ok to ask for help getting back on track.” Yoga is a relationship, and we hope it’s one that lasts your whole lifetime. Like any relationship, there are ups and downs. When you’re down, let us lift you. We’re good at assessing what you need and creating a yoga recipe that will bring the zeal back to your practice.
