300-HR TRAINING PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Our advanced 300-hour training is offered as five 60-hour modules, which you can take at your own pace. Each module is a week long and will be held in-person in San Francisco. For those who have an RYT-200, you will be eligible for the RYT-500 designation upon completing all five modules. Students interested in deepening their studies without doing a full 300-hour training are invited to take any module of interest to them.

MODULE 5: leadership

The Anatomy & Movement module is designed for practitioners who are looking to deepen their understanding of the human body and its relationship to the practice of yoga. This training offers a comprehensive anatomical review of poses and how to work safely and effectively with different regions of the body. You will learn how to address common issues, offer modifications and support optimal alignment – creating a safe and inclusive environment in your classes. In seeing the poses as a portal to embodied awareness, you will learn how to guide your students with precision, intelligence and mindfulness.
