What is something that would surprise me about you?
I swim all the time in the bay with no wet suit! I love it! It rejuvenates me very much and sometimes I get to swim near the seals! It’s so awesome! You should try it sometime!
What can I expect from your class?
I believe that yoga is for everyone and every body and teach based on the notion that if you change your energy, you have the power to change your mind. You can expect a class that combines breath, mindful sequences, energy management, and humor.
What is the most essential part of practice for you?
The most essential part is taking the learning on the mat—self compassion, letting go of judgment, present moment, patience—and applying it to life off the mat.
Alex Holiday has taught over 1000+ hours as a Yoga Teacher, is a trained Ayurvedic Coach and sanctioned Earth Wisdom ceremonial guide.
