What is something that would surprise me about you?
I let you pick …
I ride on motorcycles
I live in 3 different countries

What can I expect from your class?
My classes are easygoing and offer room for personalized modification … you can have a strong practice or be chill it’s up to you …

What is the most essential part of practice for you?
Breath awareness and grounding practices yoga is part of my daily routine just like drinking water but I allow each day to be different by alternating restorative and yin yoga. With arm balances more complexity and faster pace.

Alexandra has a kind and honest approach to teaching yoga … no judgment no bullshit !
She invites humor and laughter as much as calm and awareness.
Her classes are meant to be accessible to all levels of practitioners.
She offers multiple choices and self-check so students can practice the way they need.
Her calling is to empower others to connect to their mind and body mindfully, to listen and feel their heart and find refuge in their practice.
Inspiring people to make the changes needed to lead a purposeful life in harmony with their soul calling, people around them and the planet !
Alexandra is a peace activist, and a supporter of women’s rights, LGBTQIA, and ecology.

She has devoted the last 25 years to studying Yoga and mindfulness with amazing teachers like Janet Stone, Hala Khouri, Jack Kornfield, and Vinny Ferraro.
