What is something that would surprise me about you?
I’m on the soundtrack of Home Alone 2 (before my voice dropped lol)

What can I expect from your class?
In my classes and workshops you can expect intelligently-designed, alignment-based sequences focused on building strength and flexibility, inspiration and yoga philosophy for the modern practitioner, combined with a blend of music, good humor, and a down-to-earth style.

What is the most essential part of practice for you?
Exhaling. Yoga is an embodied practice and a way of living, and it all begins again and again with a deep exhale.

Andrew Blotky is a San Francisco-based yoga teacher (RYT-500, E-RYT-200), writer, and certified executive coach (ACC). Andrew specializes in a comprehensive, whole person approach to health and wellness.
