What can I expect from your class?
You can expect inner confidence building in my class. We combine conditioning our body with strength training excersies with mindful endurance. We work on pushing past fear driven barriers we subconciousy created for ourself as a way of protection.It’s asana working from the outside-in to build self-confidence, respect, and self Love.

Growing up as a classically trained ballerina and gymnast, I cultivated a deep understanding of the synergy between movement, breath, and mindful awareness. This background gave me the foundation to fine tune and evolve my focus in finding my identity within the Yoga and wellness community. I am 200 E-RYT certified adding Barre, and Yoga Sculpt to my repertoire. These formats have allowed me to meld all of my past experiences with a newfound excitement, spirit, and creativity. I am passionate and inspiring; with the intention to motivate my students to have fun, grow and reach their goals.
