What is something that would surprise me about you?
I used to be a lowkey gamer, my favorite video games are Skyrim & Assassin’s Creed.
What can I expect from your class?
– Focus on the embodiment of our own shape.
– Moments for self-expression.
– Diving deep into your own experience, breath, and consciousness.
– A short guided meditation w/ a “longer” savasana with a bit of chanting.
– A focus on a philosophical idea/intention whether it be yogic specific or from another spiritual idea.
What is the most essential part of practice for you?
Meditation and connection back to our own idea of source/divinity.

Growing up in San Francisco, Frances always found joy in being active, whether it be playing sports, dancing, exploring the city or venturing into nature. Her relationship with yoga began in Northern Virginia, right after high school, when she took her first Vinyasa class. From then on, she quickly realized that yoga was an outlet for her own well-being and mental health. She continued to practice on-and-off for the next four years, till she decided that yoga was also a route for her career. At that time, she began to re-evaluate her life’s work and direction, deciding to hold off on transferring to a four-year college from community college (where she was studying Psychology with a minor in Philosophy), to focus on her path in yoga.
