Jenniferlyn’s goal is to provide her students with the opportunity to experience genuine Joy and Love every time they step onto the mat! JL’s yoga teaching style is a creation all her own. Influenced by yoga greats like Shiva Rea and Seane Corn, she is both flowing and grounded. Her classes are joyful, loving, spiritual and inspiring.
JL is listed E-RYT with Yoga Alliance and has taught for more than 20 years in Seattle and the Bay Area. She teaches at national yoga festivals, including Wanderlust California and Pranafest, and leads inspiring and fun yoga retreats all over the world.

Lauren Cohen teaches yoga throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and leads retreats all over the world. She is passionate about sharing yoga as a life practice, one that goes far beyond the mat. Lauren was a dancer and competitive figure skater for nearly 15 years and first started practicing yoga in college. She completed her first 200-hour training with Marni Task in 2011 and has been teaching ever since. She has studied under masterful teachers including Jason Crandell, Janet Stone and Stephanie Snyder and is currently continuing her education with Tias Little, focusing on yoga as a therapeutic path to true healing.
