Yvonne, E-RYT500, is deeply committed to living wholeheartedly and sharing the timeless teachings of yoga. She approaches the practice from a holistic perspective – weaving together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and philosophy – and encourages each person to discover for themselves their own path to clarity, steadiness and ease.

Known for her clear articulation and calming demeanor, Yvonne’s classes are built around intelligent sequencing that brings intimate attention to both physical alignment and subtle body awareness. With thoughtful instruction and holding quiet space, she invites students to tune into their body and mind with curiosity and openness.
